We’ll be talking systems change – the idea that solving California’s biggest challenges means going beyond surface solutions to reshape the structures that perpetuate them.
The day kicks off with a keynote from Leah Rothstein, a housing advocate and co-author of Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color of Law. Julián Castro, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, follows with his keynote later in the morning.
