Our awards honor game changers, difference-makers and community leaders who are working to create a more just and sustainable economy in California.

Our big fall event is back and better than ever! The Equitable Futures Awards brings together our members, allies and banking partners to celebrate the life-changing impact individuals and organizations have had in their local communities. Join us Thursday, Nov. 2 in Los Angeles for an evening of celebration, food and community empowerment.

Event Details

The Equitable Futures Awards will take place Thursday, Nov. 2 at 5:30pm at Far Bar Little Tokyo in Los Angeles. The evening will include a hosted bar, music, hors d'oeuvres and networking.

Ticket Pricing:

Early Bird
Early-bird pricing is $35 for members and $55 for non-members.
Member
The cost per ticket for members is $55
Non-member
The cost for non-members is $75 per ticket.

Program

Doors Open

The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m.

Award Ceremony

The keynote speech and honorees receive awards starting at 6:30 p.m.

Networking

Spend the rest of the evening meeting new friends and re-acquainting with old friends after the award ceremony ends.

About the Equitable Futures Awards

Since 2004, Rise Economy, formerly the California Reinvestment Coalition, has recognized community leaders, organizations, and elected officials with an official award. The recipients of of these awards have made positive impacts in low-income communities and communities of color, and contribute to Rise Economy’s vision of a fair and equitable economy for all California citizens. 

In past years, CRC has honored Congresswoman Maxine Waters, Inner City Struggle, senators Holly J. Mitchell and María Elena Durazo, Sacramento Habitat for Humanity, United Neighbors In Defense Against Displacement (UNIDAD), US Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra, and Vice President Kamala Harris.
